Badlands National Park, South Dakota, U.S.

In June of 2010 we visited Badlands National Park. Like Theodore Roosevelt National Park, it's a beautiful place of bentonitic clay and sandstone badlands, open prairie grasslands, wildlife, and "The Wall". It had been an unusually wet spring and the park was much greener than normal, allowing us to bring home some unusual photos.
